Orders and agreements are subject to unavoidable delays and causes beyond seller’s control

All materials claimed to be defective shall be held for inspection by the seller.

Materials shall be subject to seller’s standard variations and classifications.

Subject to agreeable contract term, schedules and insurance requirements.

Adequate storage and equipment and crane access.

(30) day payment terms apply. Timely payment precedent to work performance.

Shop drawings are included. All construction permits are excluded.
